Fun for the Holidays

So I hope everyone had a great Christmas... We sure did. It was our first Christmas together and we had Christmas morning over at my parents house. It was so much fun! Here is the Christmas tree in the morning :) It's so beautiful!

I forgot that we didn't have any stockings until Christmas Eve pretty much, so these are my "cute" temporary stockings for this year.

And another memorable thing was I made my FIRST pumpkin pie all by myself.... with a little coaching from my mom. But it was cool and it turned out delicious I must say! SO.. first I made the crust and the cool designs on the edges, and then the delicious filling for the pie part and then I baked it.... (And I'm definitely not the best at baking!)It turned out BEAUTIFUL! And this is the finished pie...
