A day out on the town.

I think I'm starting to notice that basically Korea is all about shopping and having the best brands.... which most of their stuff is fake.. but its ok it still looks good.  But I am enjoying the shopping A LOT.  One shopping strip that isn't too far from where we live is Itaewon.. it's just a bunch of little stores and venders down one road. It has little back alley ways and underground stores too (which I am too scared to go into!)  Everyone is really into peacoats here though.. I swear every single person wears them everyday, even the cute little kids. So me and Kamron both picked one out in Itaewon... at one of the many many stores. I love mine :)
This is the beginning of the street at Itaewon

We also went to the Korean War Museum... I heard a rumor that it was closing for a little while so I wanted to go over there really soon.  It was pretty interesting... and there was a lot of stuff that I didn't really even know about the Korean War. (I guess I didn't really know much about it though) Definitely worth going to though, and since we both like museums it was a fun little date!

So far I have loved everything about being in Korea (minus the "kimchi" smell). I was not expecting to like it as much as I have been to be honest. During the week is pretty boring since Kamron works a TON of hours. But it's ok I guess. We have the weekends to have fun and see the country! :)
