Our friends invited us to go out the see the Caverns with them a couple weekends ago. It took a couple hours to get out there but it was amazing to see. I didn't know how big it was inside! We could only go in the Big Room because we had Macy and children aren't allowed in other parts of the caverns. But it was still way cool!

It was definitely worth going to... and I am excited to go again in the summer time... every evening during summer they have tons and tons of bats that fly out of the caverns in a huge swarm. We are definitely going back to see that!

ReplyDeleteAnd you meant to write "Western Texas scenery." The eastern half is so beautiful and green! Too bad you guys are stationed in San Antonio! I loved it there!
